Our Founder
Meet Dr. Jackline Nyaberi
Dr.Jackline Mosinya Nyaberi is the Founder and CEO who authentic leadership through various practical experiences that highlight her commitment to integrity, mentorship, and community engagement. Dr. Nyaberi has garnered extensive experience in Global Health Leadership. She serves as a senior advisor and consultant on Global leadership, health systems strengthening and Public Health. She has a strong academic background, holding a PhD in Public Health in additional to numerous leadership accomplishments.
Dr. Nyaberi embodies authentic leadership by fostering trust, encouraging open dialogue, and prioritizing the well-being of those she leads. Her commitment to authenticity not only enhances her effectiveness as a leader but also contributes significantly to the advancement of public health initiatives in her community.
She is an Afrocentric bread leader. She has nurtured over 1000 Young Africa Leaders. She is an exceptional advisor for many organizations, globally and in Africa. At ALD, she works with global experts whose blend of skills make ALD unique. Their is to better organizations and individuals with added value attached sustainably.
